Tiny Virtual Private Server - $10/month

Additional Services / Rules of Engagement

• Hosting plans include basic troubleshooting (up to 1 hour per month) with this support limited to performing scheduled reboots, taking or restoring system backups, applying OS patching, investigating connectivity to the network, or reinstallation of operating systems. Any additional technical support or requests will be estimated and billed at a rate of not less than $45/hour and charged to the credit card on file for the account.
• For virtual private servers, Windows server licensing is an additional $10 per month per server. We do not allow customers to provide their own Windows product keys on our platform.
• Static IP addresses are available and are billed at $10/month per IP address. A shared virtual IP address will be provided if you do not purchase a static IP address.
• Bandwidth/Throughput is monitored at the perimeter router to our data center.
• *Neodock reserves the right to throttle individual or aggregate server connections consistently exceeding 10mBit per second to maintain a quality of service for all customers.
• Storage exceeding the allotment provided in the hosting plan can be requested. We charge $1 per month per additional GB of storage.
